Swapping week Spring Edition!

As we learned our lesson , Swapping is the new shoping (!), at the Swaping Kick Off in April ( see here), we were super excited to go to the Swapping week spring edition! Last week, people swapped all over Belgium and saterday it was closing night in Antwerp (DUH;))! So after work we grabbed our fully loaded suitcase and ran to Cafe D' Anvers, a club in Antwerp were we could swap our hearts out!


As we arrived we went to the stylists to got points for every shoe, bag, pants, vest, ect. we had with us. After that serious stuff, Hanan and some friends got their hair done by Tony & Guy and we moved to the beautylounge get our make-up done so we looked fab^^!!


The make-up artists júst finished our (gorgeous) looks, and the swapping auction begun! And again... there were some amazing pieces, ladies started bidding, some got disappointed, some (like us!) got lucky but in the end it was just a lovely night out with 'free' clothes afterwards :) A.K.A. A whole lotta fun!

LOCKWOOD & AVENUE Store opening

Lockwood & Avenue moved and reopened in a fantastic new spot in Antwerp! From now you can get your sneakers and streetwear at IJzerenwaag 1-3-5. The stores got a whole new fantastic interior, modern meets vintage and wood! Very nice! We loved the wooden vitrine with the vans, converse, nike, addidas and so much more sneakers! I know where I'm buying my next pair of air max lovers/shoes! ;)
Also, big thanks, we got spoiled with a pair of nike sb's! Love them, wearing them, rocking them!^^

Pressdays II

Well, at least!
FINALLY. Freaking blogger ! -___- What's wrong with the www these days?! First photobucket, now blogger? We lost all our comments on our last post, pretty annoying if you might ask.


So anyway, apart from Oona, we also visited the Bestseller pressroom. Lots of lovely people, like our sweet ginger friend Nona from flemish fashion freaks & stephanie who's replacing her since Nona's leaving...But maybe, more important, nice CLOTHES! We especially liked the Villa and Object collections. For men there were also lots of nice pieces. It was love at first sight with that oker colored scarf in the men department. We wanna have. Unisex? ;)

We're about to sit in front of our closet for a while to pick out an outfit for tomorrow. We're heading to the Youth Fashion Day fashion show in Antwerp :)

Hi guys!

we had such a hectic week! I'm sorry for not posting but when we came home I always jumped in bed and slept like a baby..^^ Anyway, two weeks ago we were invited by Oona to visit their pressroom for the upcomming season. Oona represents some great brands so we had a fun time walking around and getting to know everything. They do pr for Nike, River Island, Huit, Wolf by Sofie Claes, L’oréal, Essentiel, Maybelline, Kiehl’s, Vans ect...  And we had some delicious cointreaupolitans à volonté. (Note to ourself: cointreaupolitan, way more yummie as a cosmopolitan!) unfortunately our camera was low after taking 15 pictures since I forgot to check te batery when I was home. Kind of sucked but still we had a good time. Also, we got a great goodiebag filled with nailpolish, sunglases, lipstick, a scarf, ...and a mini bottle of cointreau + cocktailshaker! Yeah we used it already haha;)
